We need one person to own the people behind Hub in Brazil, and the place they work. Our São Paulo team is growing fast: field teams, managers and office. Your job is to keep it hiring the right people, paid right, focused on its goals and running smoothly, without adding layers.

You'll be our first People hire in Brazil: no team, no ready-made processes, full ownership. You build it with your own hands first, then grow a team around what works.

💪 What you'll own

You own the full people cycle in Brazil, end to end, plus the office where it all happens.

Open a role → find the right people → hire and onboard them → set their goals → calculate their monthly fee and bonus → help them grow → keep the office running around them → repeat, faster every month.

• Hiring. Every hire in Brazil, from the field team to managers: through recruitment agencies, our own channels and direct headhunting of people who aren't looking.
• Pay and goals. Build and keep a strong goal culture on each person's monthly fee and bonus, calculated right the first time.
• Contracts. Every team member's PJ contract set up, reviewed and compliant, with our legal partners.
• Office. Our São Paulo office working day to day: the space, its routines and our providers, from onboarding kits to office moves.
• AI. Agents and automations you build yourself doing the repetitive work, and the whole team learning to work that way.
